Antonina Shevchenko is an Kyrgyzstani and Peruvian Muay Thai fighter as well as mixed martial artist who is currently fighting at flyweight in the UFC. Shevchenko beat Anissa through a unanimous decision, before prevailing over Valerie Domergue at Phoenix FC 4. She was a part of the Dana White Contender Series 2018 after leaving the promotion. Shevchenko battled Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used superior striking in order to TKO Nievera by knees to her body in the clinch. After this win, Antonina was offered a UFC contract. Antonina was given the UFC contract following her win. Shevchenko fell to Roxanne modafferi in a split decision after she won her first fight. Antonina recovered from this loss, defeating Lucie Pudilova in the UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler by a rear-naked choke submission. This earned her the prize of fight-of-the-night. Shevchenko was defeated by Katlyn and Andrea Lee in three of her subsequent fights. She won over Ariane Lipski, and beat Ariane. Antonina lost to Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO at UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
